OneMinuteMed was founded to engage the public with up-to-date information regarding medical innovations. Our content focuses on recent research and current medical affairs and is designed to be read and understood in only a minute. This initiative arose once we realized the extent of medical misinformation that has been perpetuated throughout the internet and the difficulty for the general public to understand new complex research. Research articles are typically written for an academic audience, with vocabulary that complicates understanding of the work and its significance. Our articles are written for understanding by a broader audience.
Harnessing the power of artificial intelligence (AI), our Research Breakdown articles are written with the assistance of AI to provide accurate and unbiased information. Other article types are originally produced work by a content developer. To maintain strict standards of accuracy, all our articles are reviewed by an editor with advanced knowledge in the discipline covered by the article.
Founded in 2023 at McGill University, Canada’s consistently ranked number-one medical doctoral university, we are passionate about ground-breaking medical research and the implications that new discoveries could have in the real world. Our involvement with original research, and exposure to the medical community, gives credibility to our work. We aspire to be a beacon of medical knowledge and help increase public understanding of the most significant medical research.
